Stay cool with mini-split AC units on every level, ideal after hiking or biking near Loon Mountain. Enjoy two deeded off-street parking spots for easy access. Please note: no smoking is allowed inside or on any decks. Main Level: The open-concept living and dining area features soaring ceilings and large windows, flooding the space with light. Unwind on the plush sectional couch, stream shows on the large Roku smart TV, or cozy up by the gas fireplace. The modern kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, is perfect for summer meals. Step onto the private deck with a table and two chairs, overlooking a babbling stream—great for coffee or evening drinks with mountain views. Upstairs Loft: An (almost fully) enclosed loft offers bunk beds (top bunk weight limit: 175 lbs) and a comfy queen bed, ideal for kids or guests. A desk and chair provide a quiet work-from-home nook, kept cool by AC. Lower Level: Relax in the spacious master bedroom with a luxurious king bed and a small private porch for soaking in the scenery. The nearby bathroom includes a tub, shower, and washer/dryer for refreshing hiking gear or beach towels. Entry Level: Enter through a welcoming mudroom with a bench for removing shoes and hooks for gear, making it easy to settle in after exploring Franconia Notch or the Pemigewasset River. While the condo itself doesn’t have a private pool, hot tub, game room, or gym, you’ll have access to these fantastic amenities at the Village of Loon Swim Club (hours subject to change). Town of Lincoln is around a 3-5 minute drive. This is where all the restaurants and shops are. The Village of Loon Swim club is a 30 second drive (~5 minute walk) from our unit. There is free mountain shuttle access on weekends during the peak winter season, picking up throughout The Village.
